Once your package leaves our facility, standard international delivery generally takes 10 to 20 business days. We offer a straightforward global flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD to all available international destinations.

While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional disruptions may arise due to unforeseen external factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, severe weather, or regional carrier bottlenecks. 4. Shipment Tracking

We provide comprehensive tracking for all shipments so you can monitor your package's journey. A Shipping Confirmation email containing a dedicated tracking number will be automatically generated and sent to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

5. Partial & Split Deliveries

If your order comprises multiple items, they may occasionally be dispatched in separate parcels from different fulfillment warehouses to optimize delivery speed. Rest assured, the remaining portion of your order is en route. You will receive a distinct shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking code for each individual package.

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Requests for order amendments are highly time-critical. If you need to rectify delivery details (such as a shipping address or phone number) or alter item specifications (including size, color, or quantity), you must contact us immediately—ideally within 12 hours of purchase.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, couriers typically leave a notice at the destination address and temporarily hold the parcel at a local postal facility for collection.

  • Recommended Action: We advise contacting your local courier service directly, providing your tracking number to arrange redelivery or pickup.

  • Liability Notice: We hold no responsibility or liability for parcels that are permanently returned to us due to inaccurate address submissions or a customer's failure to collect the package within the designated timeframe.

8. Delayed Shipment Protocol

If your package has not arrived within the standard estimated window, please follow this two-step verification process before escalating:

  • Step 1 - Review Tracking Status: Check the date of the most recent tracking milestone. If an update has occurred within the past 7 days, your package is still progressing normally through the logistics network.

  • Step 2 - Contact Customer Support: If the tracking status remains entirely unchanged for more than 7 consecutive days, please reach out to us. Send an email with your Order Number (e.g., 071SHOP-1128) and registered email address, and we will initiate an official investigation with the carrier.

9. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost in Transit: If our formal inquiry confirms that the package has been officially lost or misplaced during transit, we will arrange a complimentary replacement order at no additional cost to you.

If the tracking status reads "Delivered" but you cannot locate the parcel, we advise checking with family members, neighbors, or building management before contacting us.
