To reduce unnecessary waste and keep our prices fair, many of our products are shipped from our global fulfillment centers (including partners in Asia and North America) which specialize in handling high-quality educational and learning supplies. This allows us to offer professionally designed study tools with exceptional delivery speed.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee

Every order goes through a careful review to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipment.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

Standard Shipping: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.

Free Shipping Offer: We are pleased to provide Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $45.98.

  • Please Note: During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing time may take up to 5 business days.

Because our products ship from global partner facilities, delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website or through international tracking platforms like 17Track.

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
  • KitsyLab is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We work quickly to prepare and ship your order. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at support@kitsylab.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once processing has begun, we are unable to modify or cancel the shipment.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us clear photos within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement as soon as possible.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: KitsyLab (operated by HONGKONG HUADA GROUP LIMITED) is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows “Delivered.”
